From the prompt way that they took Mum into their care from the hospital, through the professional meeting with Daniel to talk through arrangements and all the way to the service & get together at the Jack Warwick tea rooms nothing was too much trouble. The whole process went smoothly, which is essential at a time like this, and there were beautiful touches including the Pall Bearers wearing purple ties (this being a favourite colour of Mum's and one which figured highly in the funeral). A truly excellent level of service and I would not hesitate to recommend Jack Warwick's in a time of need.

When someone passes away, it isn’t long before you start realising everything that needs to be done and it instantly becomes overwhelming but as soon as I met Dan, his presence was comforting. I knew from the second he collected my dad, he was in the best hands. I live in Sheffield and managed to communicate and plan the majority remotely. There wasn’t a task or ask that was too much. Dans the type of man my dad would have liked and that was such a comfort to me throughout this. On the day, Dan and his team were truly spectacular, to watch them do their bit was truly remarkable. So coordinated and professional and with little notice built me and my brother into the pull-bearing team, all 4 gents were fantastic and despite my coordination being off made the walk to the church look so professional. Jack warwicks were fantastic from start to finish and made the whole process so much easier. I spoke to Dan and said I would like to take my dad back... Read More home to Kent for his funeral - they organised everything including settling all other bills so I only had one invoice to settle and get money released from my dads bank. I felt informed along the whole process. I went to see my dad and they had cleaned and shaved him and made him look smart as he would have wanted. They were comforting, caring and respectful at all times. The whole funeral was wonderful. They really took the stress out of organising the funeral so I could just grieve and remember my dad. Absolutely perfect service provided.

When my mum passed away in Thailand a beautiful cremation service was held at our local temple. However I faced a daunting challenge to arrange a remembrance service in the... Read More chapel and interment of an urn of my mum’s ashes at Kettering Crematorium where my dad’s ashes were already interred. Jack Warwick Funeral Service was warmly recommended to me, and Dan and Lloyd have been fantastic in arranging the service and interment for me, nothing was too much trouble. Working with Amanda at the Warren Hill Crematorium, who was also a tremendous help, they helped me to prepare all the necessary documentation for the return and interment of my mum’s ashes. They introduced me to a Church of England Minister, Rev. Paul who prepared a lovely service for my mum, they designed a beautiful Order of Service, set up a website for charity donations, arranged for livestreaming of the service and arranged notices in the local press. The remembrance service and interment were greatly appreciated by all those attending and the livestream which was followed by many friends around the world, received very positive feedback from everyone for the moving service and the excellent quality of the video and audio. I felt that the remembrance service and interment really did justice to my mum’s memory and I am eternally grateful to Dan and Lloyd and everyone at Jack Warwick Funeral Service. I warmly recommend them to anyone wishing to arrange a remembrance service and interment for their loved ones.
