The attention that was paid in conversation by the funeral director, Mags, resulted in the team and the Funeral Director arriving to the house wearing blackwatch tarten ties, cravats, hat tails, memory pins and a sash which is Bill family clan tarten. It really was such an unexpected touch, that went above and beyond any of our expectations. Denise Holding, the celebrant, was outstanding, she was very professional and put together a beautiful eulogy that reflected Bill's life perfectly.
